Founder
Borjana Bošnjak, degreed sommelier AIS ((Associazione Italiana Sommelier), lives and works with wine in Montalcino since 1992. After her studies in London, she settled in this beautiful Tuscan town.
From her passion for this land, for its products to and for the life in general, in 2009 was born company Passione Italiana.
Her deep knowledge of food and wine is expressed by choosing the excellence of "Made in Italy" and proposed by "Passione Italiana" stamp guarantee.
Our Team
For the people in wine business name Vladimir Savić is very well known… This is one extraordinary young and talented guy who grown up in Belgrade and whose knowledge about wine goes beyond by the love for this divine potion.
In order to ratify his knowledge and affection about wine, he obtains with ease both valid sommelier certificates in Serbia. These diplomas in a way represent some kind of tickets for the “wine theater” of his career - from the supporting acts that he “played” in some wine shops, his talent and professionalism became seriously acknowledged in November 2012. In fact, Vladimir leaves behind all supporting roles and became responsible person in “Passione Italiana”, where he is still employed.
